I (Invite people in, ie. vulnerability)

N (Notice thinking, ie. cognitive distortions)

G (Gain insight, ie. on feelings)

O (Observe, ie. mindfulness)

BINGO is an evidence based information campaign designed to prevent suicide, reduce relapse, and enhance wellness.

The following short film is a snap shot of this wellness tool in action, the resources being offered, and a variety of services available to veterans.

We are currently raising $500 to produce our second BINGO video that will showcase more resources, more services, and discuss why "B" building rapport is indispensable.

So far we have raised $344 of $500!

If you would like to support this initiative which is also helping people get clean water by raising awareness for both causes, then please donate here:
